The product is widely used as a blacking solution for metals, parts and finished products.
❶ Can be used when the shape is complicated and it is difficult to remove gas (sludge).
❷Can be used for pressed parts such as pins, screws, nuts, washers, springs, shrouds, olas, etc.
❸ Can be used for machines, finished products and parts for jigs, and castings.
❹ Can be used as a blacking solution on a part of an assembled machine or scratched surface.
❺ Can be used as a blacking solution for large steel products that do not fit into containers

Ⅳ. Disposal of waste liquid
This blacking solution does not contain toxic substances such as CN compounds and harmful heavy metals such as hexavalent chromium and arsenic. As for the treatment method, put unnecessary iron scraps in the waste liquid container, leave for 5 days, filter the liquid, and drain as is. Also, in case of urgent need, add 5-10% aqueous solution of ferrous sulfate and slaked lime to neutralize and ensure a PH of 8, and the remaining metals will transform into hydroxides and precipitate. Filter liquid and filtrate as is, before pressing the precipitate and putting it into plastic.
Ⅴ.How to use
◆Container: In case of a small amount, use a beaker or a poly container, and in the case of a large amount, use an FRP or a non-metal container.
❶ Degreasing (removing oil) ⇨ ⇨ Since the blacking is caused by a chemical reaction, complete degreasing of the metal surface is required. Insufficient degreasing will result in poor blacking. As a degreasing agent, there is 1.1.1 TCE or our product TOBIKA MERIT, an exclusive degreasing agent. When the degreasing agent is used, soak the product to be blackened for 1-2 minutes, then take it out while degreasing sufficiently and leave to dry naturally.
❷ Surface activation ⇨ ⇨ If there is rust or foreign substances, wipe the surface with a rust remover or soak it in the solution for 1 to 2 minutes to activate the metal surface.
❸ Blacking solution treatment ⇨ ⇨ Put the degreased parts in the prepared blacking solution, shake well or soak, and then take out after 10 seconds or 1-2 minutes. (It is economical to use the blacking solution by diluting it in an appropriate amount with water. However, when using the brush painting or spray method, do not dilute it with water and use the undiluted solution.)

❺ Blacking solution blasting (rust prevention) ⇨ ⇨ Soak the cleaned parts in the black solution blasting agent with water for about 1 minute. If necessary, you can wipe it first with a cloth or shielding material. (Works effectively if left as is for at least 1 hour after taking it out of the blasting solution)
